- 02Bulk CoolingMilk is cooled to 4°C within 3 hours of milking in direct-expansion bulk tanks — preserving quality and extending raw milk shelf life.
- 03Separation & StandardisationCentrifugal cream separators split whole milk into skim and cream — fat content is then standardised to target levels for different products.
- 04Pasteurisation & HomogenisationHTST or batch pasteurisers destroy pathogens while high-pressure homogenisers break down fat globules for consistent texture and extended shelf life.
